Documents Required for Registration

Registration Process of NGO Darpan

  • Create an Account on NGO Darpan Portal

    • Visit the NGO Darpan portal.

    • Click on “Sign Up” and choose the type of organization (Trust / Society / Section‑8 Company).

    • Provide basic details: name, email, mobile number, and password.

  • Verify Email and Mobile Number

    • After registration, verify your email and mobile using the OTP sent.

  • Login & Fill Organization Details

    • Enter details like:

      • Registration number and date

      • PAN of the organization

      • Address and contact information

      • Objectives and activities

  • Upload Mandatory Documents

    • Upload scanned copies of all required documents (as per the checklist).

    • Ensure documents are clear, in PDF/JPG format, and meet size limits.

  • Enter Office Bearers’ Details

    • Add names, designations, PAN, and Aadhaar numbers of key office bearers.

  • Submit Annual / Optional Documents (if applicable)

    • Upload audited reports, 80G certificate, FCRA details, etc., if available.

  • Review & Submit Application

    • Double-check all details and uploaded documents.

    • Submit the application.

  • Receive NGO Darpan ID
